Anthony's coal fired pizza began as a labor of love in 2003, when founder Anthony Giordano brought his family's Neapolitan pizza tradition from the heart of Italy to Fair Lawn, New Jersey. Inspired by generations of wood-fired baking and the unique char and flavor only a coal-fired oven at 900°F can produce, Anthony set out to share something truly authentic with his community.
What started as a small neighborhood spot quickly became a beloved institution. Anthony Giordano opens the original location on Promenade Blvd, Fair Lawn, NJ. The coal-fired oven is imported from Naples and installed over two weeks. The first pizza is served on a Tuesday in October.

Menu Expansion
